Chateau Blue celebrates the very essence of life – fermented grapes! Over the last 30 years and five continents we have tasted and consumed (often in significant quantities) the fruits of many a winemaker’s labour. From the subtle, nuanced passion of a good Burgundy to a smack in the face Barossa Shiraz, there can be no doubt that “in vino, veritas”.
Whilst based in Perth, Western Australia our palates roam farther than Margaret River. However, a bias for Australian and South African wine remains!
